How to Avoid Microsoft, Google and do run Windows 8.1, Android's two-piece

Asus to find out how to get objections from Microsoft and Google to make a hybrid that runs on Windows 8.1 and Android Mini PC.
If at first you do not succeed. Asus is having another crack in the dual OS device. And this time is likely to find a way to get around objections from Microsoft and Google.
First, a little history. Asus has launched a dual Windows 8.1, Android tablet-laptop at CES in January. And despite the promises we see in the second quarter, but has not materialized.
My sources I (and other reports) that Google or Microsoft, or both were happy because the user can switch instantly between the Windows desktop and Android device say.
Enter Transformer Book V, presented at the Computex conference. But this time Asus running two operating systems in two entirely separate hardware removal (apparently) no grounds for objection.
As CNET Aloysius Low describes (somewhat confusing) 5-in-1 merger means for the Transformer V (see figure below): "Android phone that docks into a tablet that turns into Android led watches for men, and is able to run Windows 8.1 on your own. "
Confused Well, the story is that it is Windows 8.1 tablet (with keyboard dock), you can switch to Android when connected to your Android phone (see photo above).
The specifications of the phone are quite impressive. Use a new quad-core 64-bit Intel Atom chip brand MOOREFIELD LTE capabilities, 2GB of RAM, a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 1,920 x1, 080 pixels, 64GB of storage and Android 4.4 KitKat.
The Transformer is the tablet uses Intel Core series processor and 12.5-inch screen, but only with HD resolution. Maybe it's because the way wireless RF touch panel led dimmer (if the processor handling things mobile) reduces to HD resolution (1280 X720 pixels).
My question is, consumers will have to spring for a product that cobbles together many disparate devices and that well these devices work together.
We'll see. But it seems that Asus has achieved one thing: silencing Google and Microsoft.
Asus, Microsoft and Google did not respond to a request for comment.
